Jun 2023 — present- Built backend/platform services that ingest robot recordings and orchestrate multi-stage CPU/GPU processing with idempotent, recoverable workflows — FastAPI on Postgres/Alembic, multi-customer delivery to object storage.
- Designed idempotent artifact processing keyed on deterministic identifiers (episode ID, stage, version, input fingerprint), enabling safe reruns and clean recovery from partial failures.
- Developed Electron IPC services, encrypted SQLite persistence, schema migrations, and report/export flows; integrated a deterministic TypeScript risk-calculation engine with auditable outputs and RBAC.
- Built LIS/analyzer connectivity with message framing, CRC/retry handling, and Node/Python native serial bindings; designed ERP-backed licensing and node-locking.
- Contributed React Native authentication, persistent state, real-time messaging, and voice flows; implemented backend integrations, WebSocket scaling, logging, and PostgreSQL/Redis backup and restore infrastructure.
- Contributed live collaboration, organization-level retrieval, file handling, search, and voice features for an AI collaboration platform.
- Contributed ERP authentication and integration, township aggregation, Android notifications, version checks, and production diagnostics across React, Capacitor, and Cloudflare services.
- Owned the company-wide migration from Dataman Real Builder to ERPNext/Frappe, spanning bookings, construction, collections, accounting, stock and HR/payroll. The ERP now holds 31K+ customer records and 2.16M general-ledger entries across 50 enabled branches (September 2026); these describe current scale, not cutover volume.
- Designed CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments on Kubernetes + ArgoCD; multi-bench deployments with Nginx and ELK monitoring; secure SSO via Keycloak/OAuth2.
- Mentored interns on Frappe/ERPNext and Python with a structured training program.

2025 — present- Built frontend, backend, and shared API contracts for a hospital management system — Next.js/React staff workflows, TypeScript services, PostgreSQL persistence, authentication, permissions, and regression coverage.
