Quest 3 → Foxglove MCAP Converter

Why
Robotics teams standardize on Foxglove for visualizing sensor data. Quest 3 headset captures don't speak that format — this tool bridges the gap, converting capture export folders (including camera streams) into .mcap files with configurable resolution and compressed-JPEG-only modes.

- CLI: episode_to_mcap.py --dir data/<capture> --out my_run --res 720x720.
- Optional --no-raw flag to skip raw image topics and keep files small.
